There is no television at Talbontdrain.

Children are very welcome and there are usually families staying in the house during school holidays.

Sometimes guests book the whole house for a group, this is fun for birthdays or New Year, but it is equally enjoyable to make new friends while you stay here.

The food is one of the main attractions at Talbontdrain.  

Everyone sits round the huge round table in  the dining room, and Hilary serves generous and delicious meals, usually with second helpings.

Where possible local produce is used, always eggs from her own hens, and home made jams at breakfast. Vegetarians and vegans are welcome, and Hilary will try and cater for any special diets.
